Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TalkEx (“the Service”), a messaging, calling and meetings platform operated by CoreAxis Ventures (“CoreAxis”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using TalkEx, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use TalkEx

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use TalkEx. If you use TalkEx on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure — including your password, one-time codes, and two-step verification PIN. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use TalkEx to:

break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
send spam, malware, or unsolicited bulk messages;
harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm others;
distribute illegal, abusive, or infringing content;
reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attack the Service or its security.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the messages, media and files you send. Because personal chats and calls are end-to-end encrypted, we cannot read or listen to them. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to share it.

5. Business & automation features

If you use API keys, webhooks, message templates or automation, you must comply with usage limits and applicable laws (including consent and anti-spam rules). API keys can send messages as you; keep them secret and rotate them if exposed.

6. Service availability

We work hard to keep TalkEx running, but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may update, change, or discontinue features, and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

You can stop using TalkEx and delete your account any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use TalkEx after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
